Mason Harris asked the following question, and I felt all could benefit from
the answer:

I was a little surprised by what I found at the lab concerning
documentation. I had assumed that every candidate would have a full set of
the Cisco documentation at their desk, in addition to the CD. Wrong! I had
planned to use the docs, as a part of my strategy.

What I found in San Jose, was that there was one set of manuals for 11.0,
one set for 11.1, and one for 11.2, on the back wall of the lab, for all to
share, approx. 14 of us. So, when I needed to "hit a book", I had to walk
about 30 feet to the bookshelf, (I sat on the front row), and find the
proper manual. Since I took it back to my desk, that specific manual was
unavailable for anyone else's use. Also, the Cisco Press books were
available, but I did not use those, since I was not familiar with them.

That's it for docs, and of course, you can bring nothing in with you, other
than pen/pencils/scratch paper.
