I made an initial inquiry to Janet Swain, and hit a dead end. She forwarded
my request as a case to the the CCO folks who responded that until one was
a CCIE no CCO ID would be given. We have a good relationship with a Cisco
reseller/partner and I've inquired as to getting a CCO ID via their PICA
program if it's really needed.

My lab isn't scheduled until September 27 so I'm not too concerned about this
yet (too busy studying). Anyone on the list know the significance and/or
importance of having a personal CCO ID prior to the lab? Why is it needed?
