SMDS is a packet switched network service, so in order to emulate it, you
would need an SMDS switch. Also SDSUs (SMDS specific) are needed for
connection into the providers network. I also would like to be able to
simulate this in a lab, but i'm not sure where to get a small SMDS switch.
