R2 needs OSPF summary-address commands under router config mode to make the
/28 routes appear as /27 routes to RIP. That way RIP will then advertize
them to R3. Look closely at the "end" configs and you will see this. Also,
as has been noted on this list already, R8 needs ip ospf network
point-to-point on each of the loopback interfaces so that R2 will see them
as /28 routes and not /32 routes.
