Gopal,
We have purchased the Switching and ISDN CIM and found them to be very
useful. If you have completed the CLSC course you will have already seen
all of the information in the switching CIM, but that said the 'hands on'
exercises are good. We purchased both to get new starters up to speed
quicker/cheaper than sending them on the courses.
The ISDN CIM is far better than the CMTD course offered by Cisco as the
course is so bad... The only problem I have with CBT courses is that you
don't get the reference material that Cisco provide when you do a course.
So when you have to try to remember something or look something up you have
to trawl through the CD.
